rpm and deb repositories are now available for stable and testing fwbuilder packages

We now have repositories for rpm and deb packages, all packages are signed with GPG key (key ID PACKAGE-GPG-KEY-fwbuilder.asc id 0xEAEE08FE) . Two separate repositories are maintained for each package type: "stable" and "testing". Stable serves packages that have been oficially released, while testing serves nightly builds.
